Small town atmosphere, access to the city life

Finley a town of 6,000 lies to the southeast of Kennewick on the same side of the Columbia River.  Nestled at the base of the Horse Heaven Hills, Finley offers a hometown country appeal to its residents and visitors.  It is home to the Twin Rivers Park which offers a range of outdoor activities and is a popular picnic area with its own boat dock.
