Spen McMurdo represents hands-on craftsmanship by the creative team of local builders Spence McMurdo and Keith Thompson with 25 years of combined building experience. Many Spen McMurdo Construction homes are custom construction; however, each year they build just a few spec homes. The combined team of Spence and Keith offer the consumer a great value in home building as they do much of their own work. Spence is the site work side of the team and Keith is the finisher. The custom cabinets are from the Kitchen Design Center where the customer can select from an outstanding array of cabinet designs, colors, and treatments. Spen McMurdo Construction prides themselves on individual attention to each and every home. Whether it is a custom or a spec home, no home is alike. You can find previously built homes in neighborhoods such as; Lincoln Meadows, Country Glen, Highland Heights, Aspen Meadows, Desert Plateau, Applewood and Willowbrook. They are currently building in Brookshire Estates, Willowbrook and Collins Ridge.
